General Information
The Orthopaedic Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine Fellowship Grant supports advancements in medicine through quality Fellowship education and training. Application information and supporting materials must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 25, 2022.
General Evaluation Criteria
An independent surgeon panel will evaluate grant applications through a compliant, consistent, and unbiased selection process in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Grant applications will be scored on the following criteria:
- Fellowship Components
- Program Focus
- Exposure to Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Procedures
- Type and Number of Procedures Performed
- Quality and Commitment to Training
The Orthopaedic Arthroscopy/Sports Medicine Fellowship program is supported by DePuy Synthes Companies.
Grant Reporting and Forms
A six-month progress report will be submitted no more than 30 days after the end of the six-month mark.

Final report and reconciliation form will be submitted within one month after the fellowship is completed.
