1201 - Foundations in Arthroscopy (Resident/Fellow)
Lab Course

When: July 17-19, 2022
Where: The Orthopaedic Learning Center (OLC) - Rosemont, IL 60018

AANA’s Resident/Fellow Course: Foundations in Arthroscopy provides beginning arthroscopists with superior operative expertise and finely-tuned motor skills that will help them make the best treatment decisions for their patients.

Since the first course was held in 2001, AANA has set the standard in fundamental arthroscopic education for residents and fellows and has trained nearly 2,000 residents from across the country. Many residency programs choose to send all of their PGY2 or PGY3 residents as a core part of their curriculum to establish a solid foundation for future training and a surgical career in arthroscopy.

The greatest strength of the course is the dedication of the faculty and the relationships forged between the faculty and the residents. The course provides extensive hands-on skill development, personal guidance from legendary surgeons, and the insights that can only come from close 1-on-1 interactions.
