AANA Lab Courses hosted at the Orthopaedic Learning Center are a hallmark of our association’s programs, providing unique, personalized, hands-on arthroscopy training for experienced surgeons, residents and fellows who desire to improve their arthroscopic knowledge, competence, performance and patient outcomes. These courses also present a unique experience for industry to interact closely with attendees in a convenient location. We offer numerous sponsorship opportunities at our cadaveric lab courses as well as opportunities to collaborate with AANA to provide training at 5-8 international sites.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Welcome Packet Insert ($1,000): Each attendee receives a welcome packet upon checking in onsite at the course. A supporter can include collateral within this packet to reach all the course attendees.
Tabletop Exhibit ($1,000): Supporters can be present and display their information on a six-foot table exhibit for facetime with attendees during breaks and lunches.
Mobile App ($3,000): The course information is delivered via mobile app. Supporters can have their corporate information listed within the app interface on non-CME content pages. Ad content is subject to approval by AANA.
Web Advertising ($2,000): The AANA website can host corporate supporter ads on Non-CME content webpages, featured during the month of the course or an agreed upon 30-day period in conjunction with the course. Ad content is subject to approval by AANA.
Cadaver Lab Check-Out Station ($3,000): Supporters can be present in the cadaver lab portion of the course by setting up their own table, allowing participants and faculty to interact with their instruments and devices, take back to their lab station and utilize during the lab in relation to technique/procedural CME (non-promotional). The items on the Check-out station are for voluntary use and are not assigned to a station(s), participant(s) or faculty member(s). This opportunity also includes a six-foot tabletop exhibit.
BEST VALUE! Industry Spotlight Demo ($15,000): This live-streamed Non-CME demonstration presents an opportunity for a new device or instrument to be showcased. Supporters can demo for up to 45 minutes with a 15-minute Q&A. AANA will provide social media promotion so non-attendees may view the presentation from anywhere in the world. This opportunity also includes the Cadaver Lab Check-Out Station and six-foot tabletop exhibit.
Luncheon ($8,500): Industry has an opportunity for a 45-minute Non-CME lecture to present their latest product to the course participants and faculty during lunch hours. This opportunity includes a 6ft exhibit table.
Dinner ($10,000): Industry has an opportunity for a 45-minute Non-CME lecture to present their latest product to the course participants and faculty during dinner hours. This opportunity includes a 6ft exhibit table.
